Cancellation Policy

A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if an appointment is missed. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. If the client no shows without a call, 100% of the service fee will be applied to the card on file.
If there is no card on file or the card on file is incorrect or expired. The amount of the missed appointment will be owed before another appointment can be scheduled.


Appointments are booked with a precise amount of time for requested services. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be considered a no show and charged accordingly, as not to affect the client after you.
When a no show/ late cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impacts our staff and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our employees time as such as we try to respect yours.


We accept cash and all forms of credit/debit cards.


If you are sick or contagious the day of your appointment, please let your stylist know prior to coming into your appointment. Our Stylist work on commission and catching an illness could mean unwanted time off for them.

Re-do policy

Any service provided cannot be refunded after the service is done, however, if there is something wrong with the service ex: color, eyelash extensions, nails, cut, we do offer to fix with within 2-3 days after the service is done. Anything after the 2-3 day marked will be charged as a correction or touch up. We want you to leave happy and will do whatever it takes to make that happen.

Product Return

Products returned unopened within 15 days can be exchanged for another product with same value price or can be refunded. Once the product is opened, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
